Terms of Service

1. The service

Dunnito ("the Service") is a mystery party game run by Dunnito. The game master is an AI.

2. AI-generated content

Narration, whispers and episode card text are generated by AI and labeled as AI-generated on screen and on card images.

Stories are fiction. Any resemblance to real people, groups or events is a coincidence. AI can get things wrong.

3. Accounts and age

Invited players can join with just a nickname. Hosting a game requires an account.

You must be 14 or older to create an account. Sessions with anyone under 18 run in teen mode.

4. Rules

No sexual content, nothing sexual involving minors, no hate speech, no real people or copyrighted characters, no self-harm methods. Such input is blocked or the scene moves on.

Every GM message has a report button. Hosts can remove players, who then can't rejoin that party.

5. Credits and payments

Starting a game uses 1 credit from the host (or a Party pass holder at the table). Your first game is free, once per account.

3-game pack credits don't expire. Solo and Party passes renew monthly until you cancel; unused monthly games don't roll over. After canceling you keep access until the paid period ends.

If a game stops because of a server error or the host leaving, the credit is refunded automatically.

App Store and Google Play purchases follow the store's refund rules. Web purchases can be refunded within 7 days for unused credits.

6. Sharing

Anyone with the link can view an episode card. Cards may include nicknames and short lines players typed during the game.

7. Liability and changes

The Service is for entertainment. We'll announce changes to these terms in the Service 7 days before they take effect.
